While the episode was good in most parts, some parts were not that good, like Carrie losing her child to foster care situation. Carrie being a longstanding, case hardened veteran, was her reaction believable? Such a person would understand what is happening and react properly. All the scenes relating to this x situation were directed poorly. Very clichéd. Very unbelievable.
