Always a Danger- one driver made a statement that was we need to keep the wheels on the ground to keep the truck grounded hey the tires are rubber rubber dose not conduct electricty therefore the truck is not grounded but it is insulated, that is why people are safe when power lines fall on the car as long as they remain inside the car
