This time Lullaby is well played by Rufe Davis, better known as conductor Floyd Smoot in 'Green Acres' and 'Petticoat Junction'. The plot is set in motion by the villain and banker Evelyn Brent and her partner in crime West (Donald Curtis) when they instruct their henchmen to get "civic minded". This gets actress/singer Lois Collier's brother killed and her cousin is on the lamb. The Sheriff (Emmett Lynn) is throwing lead at everyone including Tucson, Stony and Lullaby.
