Moving Parts (III) (2017)
5/10
Cinematography 9, Acting 1

Indy films have to be criticised in a more gentle manner than Hollywood flicks because they don't have the money or stars backing them. So, when I began watching this film, I kept that in mind. However, the acting was so stiff and the dialogue halting and unnatural that I couldn't keep my point of view in the positive range. This movie lacks continuity and makes little sense about the relationships of its actors to one another. The fight scenes in the first 10 minutes are unconvincing with camera cuts to avoid any sort of convincing acting. As well, the actors playing the men on the bridge fight scene were SO unbelievable, especially the one of the man whose wife's fidelity was being questioned. I could say more, but I won't. The cinematography was nicely done, with good lighting and nicely staged scenes.
