I love Venky. Really. He's one of the best actors in Tollywood. A homely guy in Nuvvu naku nachav, an art connoisseur in Swarna Kamalam, the list goes on. However, this movie didn't utilize the potential of not just Venky, but any of the actors. Frankly, the second half was the worst. It looked like a mix of Uri and Bajrangi bhaijaan. Chay calling out "mamaaaa.....", is an uncanny imitation of munni screaming out for Bajrangi. Like, seriously? Do better guys. Don't script movies keeping the actors and their image in mind. Instead, push your actors to their potential. Make them give a memorable, albeit simple, performance. Nobody's asking for dramatic and illogical climaxes. Please don't ruin Telugu movies by trying to imitate Bollywood or hollywood. Don't lose your originality.
