Doctor Cooper (Peter Carpenter) is being blackmailed for his questionable past where he performed illegal abortions. Victoria (Maria De Aragon) addicted to uppers is willing to kill her wealthy father to help out the randy doctor with the money he needs to pay the blackmailer off.
However Victoria forgot to check the terms of her father's will, she goes bat crazy once she finds out that her sister is going to inherit the bulk of the estate.
Victoria goes crazy and the Doctor Cooper goes off to charme the appealing sister.
This could had been a decent low budget lurid exploitative movie. Instead it is plain dull, at least the women are suitable eye candy.
