I don't understand why this show spends so much time on its love interest scenes that constantly break up the rhythm of the action sequences. I know its cheaper to do a one on one cutesy scene than to fire a bunch of weapons and blow things up, but come on! The audience is paying for the action, not whether or not Eric and Nell will reunite, or whether Kensi can convince Deeks to get into an ice bath. It's just boring. At least feign a modicum of interest in presenting NCIS, not the new Loveboat.
