The whole episode had a lot of excellent moments by others too... Addison wanting to, and getting drunk as she finally accepts that her marriage was over; Cristina's battle of wills with Burke's mother (and just Cristina being... Cristina) ; Burke's father's role wasn't large, but made the most of with delicate subtlety and humour; Izzie cooking up a storm in and of her grief; George finally realizing what he's got and stands to lose; Alex going beyond his selfishness yet still taking advantage of whatever else comes his way; Bailey's realization of how much and just how her interns now need her; and Meredith's lovely lightness of energy when she tells her two suitors that no decision is the right decision... were just a few standouts in this fun episode.
But, Callie dancing alone in her in her underwear in her illegal makeshift lair in the hospital's basement... now that was a thing of delicious innocence, sweetness and beauty -- despite her character's reputation for crassness and raunchiness! Too many movies and TV shows have been throwing in these almost prerequisite and so predictable "dance in their underwear" sequences ever since Cameron Diaz made it fun and happening. But up to now, I don't remember seeing one that captured a fraction of what made Diaz's so memorable to begin with... until now!
