Really nice series, unsatisfying ending

Warning: Spoilers
From a Belgian's perspective, I wouldn't say that I'm a fan of Belgian fiction. Most of the times I'm horrified by the acting and the meaningless plots. However, I really liked the premise of this series. The acting is not bad neither and the way the story unfolds leaving a cliff hanger at the end of each episode is very very well done. So far, so good. That is, until the last episode. Like mentioned by some, the ending was unsatisfactory for me because it left a lot of open questions.

As a minor character, I could still but Marcus as a killer, I thought about it at a certain moment but I shot it down because: 1/ you should have a quite strong motive to kill not one, but two of your daughters (even if it was a stepdaughter, but still, right?) 2/ crime of passion that had a lot of premeditated signatures: the cleaning of the bodies, no traces left 3/ the murder of Claudia De Wit wasn't elaborated enough. I felt that there should have been one more episode before the finale to tie at least some loose ends up it might have been better. Or to drop unnecessary red herrings (Ines being impregnated by Kato's dad? Cyril stealing grandma's money? Luc deceiving his wife?) and use the time to exploit the reasons why.

But still all in all, first Belgian series that I actually liked!
