(Flash Review)

A no nonsense lady that changes things for the better at work and in a new home. After working for her boss for six years and growing fond of him, Claudette's nosy co-worker forces her hand and the two flame up a relationship from stacks of ripe kindling. After being an essential right-hand woman to the CEO, now she is married to him and takes on his challenging home. She must tame a bratty daughter, an emotionally draining live-in sister and a dishonest cooking staff. The CEO gets frustrated, even though his home life has improved, because he needs his wife working in his business too. What's a girl to do?!?! An odd message for today is conveyed as Claudette feels her place should be in the house despite being successful in business. Is this saying a working woman is bad or that woman should not forget that being at home is still a positive? Whatever the intended message, this is an interesting little slice of 30s life portrayed cutely.
