I was a background actor in this and had no idea where this film was going. But I'm so impressed with how the director entertwined a controversial issue with the romance between Lucy and Mercy. She drew me into their hearts and I cried and cheered for them. I loved the realistic scenery; the messy house, the RV, the penitentiary and the 3 legged dog! Bravo to Ellen, Kate and the host of BG actors from Cincinnati!
