It expanded on what we knew of the blind monk. It was pretty interesting and shows we didn't really know much about him. I'm a lot more willing to see why he "betrayed" his own kind showing the Mongols what he knows because I saw what he went through. Marco Polo is mainly just a boring show for me but this was more interesting than most the show. It expanded on what we knew happened which is a big thing when it's hard to focus.
