The title shouldn't be called with the name of that Island since almost of the scenes happened are at the outside of the island. On the ending part, Kanika had made to hold the gun and it's like she knows what will happen next (advance lang siguro mag-isip). After the violent scene in their house that killed the mistress, the couple just have a dinner date without telling what would happen to the dead woman, will they get some legal cases?. I suggest that the ending should just be on that house, after Kanika killed the mistress, then they have a conclusion shot, the end.
