Psychiatry, Psychology is a science just like every other medical field. There will be trial and error. In all medical fields we have advanced in knowledge. To treat Psychology as a fake medical practice is showing you having no experience with someone who is seriously mentally ill. Schizophrenia, Autism, OCD, are all very real and treating these can be extremely hard.
