The series started badly. B-Grade acting, visuals and sound.
However, they had a lot of exposition to get through, and they rushed it a little to get it out of the way and into the main story.
And it is the story that grips. I'm reminded of the many fantasy books i've read.
Already, by episode 2, the acting is getting better and the comedic elements more obvious.
