Tony (Jon-Paul Gates) suffered a brain injury in a fight and spends much of the film attempting to figure out if he brushed his teeth or not. The English are up against the Russian gang...mostly boxing and playing poker. Not much Hooligan stuff. There was a sad looking soccer game, even by American standards.
