This was a good episode! The new forensic scientist Kasie is great. Quirky but in a new and different way. I think she will be a solid addition! Honestly I don't know why ALL the forensic and tech people on all 3 NCIS shows are played as quirky.. but it is what it is.
Still NOT the NCIS of Ziva days and prior but a very enjoyable show!
