Julia comes back and gets used to being married. Charlie has issues because Owen starts dressing up and behaving like a girl. Sarah's parents want her to stop seeing Bailey but as they refuse they go to court against him. Claudia tries to become a cheerleader.
Good episode. I like the trial story beginning now. I usually like Sarah's parents. Especially since they adopted her and she gave them so much unfair hard time when she found it out. They do truly love her. But now they are being unfair, even if it is out of love. I like the scene of Sarah going to sit with Bailey instead with her parents.
The story about Owen dressing up as a girl was also funny. Especially how Charlie tried to deal with it. Glad this show came out 20 years ago, today it would be banned for "political incorrectness" because every boy who puts on a dress should be seen as a girl by new rules.
