Snow Foolin' (1949)

Don't be fooled, this is a decent watch

Warning: Spoilers
"Snow Foolin'" is an American 6-minute cartoon from 1949, so this one will soon have its 70th anniversary. It's a Famous Studios prodiction which may not make your mouth wet, but maybe the names of Sparber, Mercer, Questel and Raymond will, all attached to this project. It is slightly shorter than most all other cartoons from this era, but this does not take away from its quality. Better this way than packed with pointless filler material instead. This short is also one for the holidays rather than the rest of the year I'd say. There is a pretty clean structure in here. Early on, some cartoon entertainment, nothing too great or bad, but decent. And slightly inferior perhaps to the second half that is filled with karaoke music inspiring the audience to join in for Jingle Bells. I know I did, so mission accomplished. All in all, a solid little cartoon, you still gave 1.5 weeks to check it out this year before it loses a great deal of its magic for 11 months. Go for it. It really is worth seeing, especially for the second half.
