So, I'm not counting these descriptions at spoilers, but... It's not the GREATEST paranormal-experience show you can watch. It's like "A Haunting" but with less budget. And slightly cheesy, as I'm sure everyone else would agree with me. The acting is "meh" sometimes, depending on the episodes and who they choose to re-enact the stories. The stories themselves are excellent. You can tell how sincere the people who have experienced those moments are, how those experienced have changed them, and sometimes the acting can spoil it a little. Again, it just depends.
Some of the episodes can be creepy, sometimes touching. The only thing I REALLY dislike are the misplaced screams / evil laughs / groans of the "spirits" at certain points in the show. If the people sharing their experiences couldn't hold my attention, I wouldn't watch it. However, it's a nice little show to watch that has a decent creep-factor, interesting stories, and... somewhat-decent actors. If you have Netflix, I would recommend it, even if only you're at home, and have finished all of your favorite shows, and boredom is setting in.
