I have been a vegan since 1968. I've believed most animals are sentient long before I learned the meaning of the word. The film maker went to see for himself. Watching the questions asked grow more and more humane was inspiring. Some of the images we are shown are not pleasant to see. The images are not exaggerated or minimized. The film maker's growth to have his humanity expand to all species warmed my heart. For a first film to show how to gather information before making a decision is as important as the message. By the time I list all the superlatives you would forget about my review. Buy the book and read it then pass it along.
