9/10
A movie of heart, acceptance, forgiveness, and determination

Warning: Spoilers
I thought it was wonderful, as good as other movies of its kind and of its era, the only complaint I really had was the daughter was a bit too smarmy sometimes and seemed to not be a very good actress, Sam McDaniels on the other hand was hilarious, that man received far too little credit for his acting and I always thought great comedic ability and talent,he was lightning quick with his comic retorts and delivered them perfectly, all the others were too busy I thought trying to cover for the young lady's inability to really act, they were so good however that they made the movie really worthwhile watching, that's not even counting that Gantry himself starred in the movie, a really remarkable animal, who with the help of his actual trainer was able to overcome his disability, and even become a movie star, not a small accomplishment for a blind horse.

I enjoyed it immensely, and would recommend it to anyone.
