Strong, complex performances throughout, paint a startling picture of the extraordinary lengths to which women had to go to get the right to vote in the U.S. It simultaneously offered a glimpse into the politics of power, and the degree of commitment required to affect change in society. A haunting reminder of how much we take for granted in the freedom to choose that we, as women, now enjoy.
