Nice guys captures the true to life expectations/disappointments facing anyone dating today (or contemplating it). Stu Pollard writes a hilarious screenplay. Two of my favorite scenes are the phone call between Carter & Maggie, instigated and instructed by Pat, who has a completely different idea of "dating" than his best friend Carter. The second one is at the wedding with Lorraine (Morgan Fairchild) and her husband Edgar, whose comments are timely and consistent. As an added bonus, Li'l Rufus gives a brief yet hysterical performance of the hazards as a distant admirer. This is a great film!
