Forget that this was probably meant as a "problem film" and regard it as a minor tear-jerker sec that, despite its moralism, is certainly worth a look. Cast (note Johanna Matz!) and Rolf Hansen's thoughtful directing make the story convincing. Shot composing is sometimes a bit sloppy.
