Poll: The 'South Park' Movie (20th Anniversary Musical Poll)
Indeed, the film doesn't only shine for its unlikely combo of a classic approach to storytelling with the show's trademark exploitation of vulgar humor, profanity and satire, but also for what I consider the greatest set of songs since The Lion King (1994). Except that the film didn't have three Oscar-nominated songs, but only one despite having at least four or five potential nominees.
So one of the best animated musicals was unfairly snubbed. Should we blame Phil Collins? Or blame society? Or should we blame the snobbish Academy? NO! BLAME CANADA! BLAME CANADA!
No we can't blame Canada either, all we can do (and maybe what Brian Boitano would do) is pay a tribute to the 20-year old classic and ask a simple question: Which song from the film is your personal favorite?
After voting, you might discuss the list here mmm'kay?
