Suppose you have just won a free ticket on a spacecraft that could take you to another habitable planet. You would leave Earth together with a group of people, to go on the adventure of a life time that many people merely dream of.
You would naturally be trained for this mission by experts, and have plenty of time to prepare yourself physically as well as mentally.
