Jeopardy! viewers were surprised on March 28 when an unexpected glitch spoiled the episode’s outcome midway through the game. While the contestants usually steal the headlines for their mistakes or funny wrong answers, this time, it was the production team in the spotlight. The incident occurred halfway through Monday’s episode when the contestants’ podiums suddenly showed different scores. It revealed that contestant Jackie Kelly finished with a winning total of $28,801 while fellow contestant Amie Walker came in third place with $1,000. Some eagle-eyed viewers picked up on the strange glitch and took to social media to share their confusion. “Such a weird edit on today’s Jeopardy Midway through double jeopardy,” tweeted one fan. “Ryan goes to answer and we see Jackie’s final score and Amie’s placement. I was so confused!!” Another baffled viewer wondered, “How does this happen?!” Jackie’s final jeopardy score displayed well before the final results?...

With this years St. Louis Filmmakers Showcase, we’ve again proven that our city is packed with ridiculously talented filmmakers, actors, and other artisans.
The St. Louis Filmmakers Showcase, an annual presentation of the nonprofit Cinema St. Louis, serves as the area’s primary venue for films made by local artists. The Showcase screens works that were written, directed, edited, or produced by St. Louis natives or films with strong local ties. The various film programs that screened at the Tivoli from July 13-22, 2018 serve as the Showcase’s centerpiece. The programs ranged from full-length fiction features and documentaries to multi-film compilations of fiction and documentary shorts. Many programs included post-screening Q&As with filmmakers. Filmmakers of all ages within a 120 mile radius of St. Louis were strongly encouraged to submit their works, or at the very least attend the event to celebrate the amazingly talented St.

With In Memory Of, director Eric Stanze and his crew at Wicked Pixel Cinema have delivered another nightmarish piece of low-budget psychological weirdness that is highly recommended. Jackie Kelly stars as Amber, a twenty-ish woman recently diagnosed as the youngest victim of an unusual neurological ailment, one which causes hallucinations and other mental issues. It’s a disease that may have killed her mother and in flashbacks it’s revealed that she was raised by her Aunt and was in an abusive relationship with her boyfriend Darren (Adam Ahlbrandt), who cheated on her with a woman named Jennifer (Haley Madison) and forced her into prostitution. But Amber is an unreliable narrator, which becomes more apparent as the story unfolds and her past is revisited. She travels to a grungy bunker to take part in a group study for a potential treatment for her disease. After she wakes up and finds...
