Here’s a trailer for the latest Amazon Prime series entitled The Widow starring Kate Beckinsale. Amazon has been hitting it out of the park with titles like Homecoming, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, and Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan, among many others. So now when they release a new series, people are ready to take notice and watch. This series looks really fascinating.
The story follows a character named Georgia Wells (Beckinsale), who is on the hunt to uncover answers surrounding her husband’s mysterious disappearance after a plane crash where his body wasn’t recovered. She ends up in the Congo, but “has she lost everything or is she chasing a ghost?”
The Widow was directed by Sam Donovan (Humans) and Olly Blackburn (Donkey Punch), and it looks like a super exciting action thriller. I’ll be checking it out when it comes to Prime on March 1, 2019.

Daniel Franco, where did you go? Not far, apparently, 'cause he's back -- again! The very first designer ever auf-ed from "Project Runway," only to be cut early in Season 2, must be hoping the third time's the charm in "Project Runway All Stars" Season 5.
Entertainment Weekly just shared the list of new "All Stars" designers, plus the guest judges, and the premiere date: Thursday, February 11 at 9 p.m. Et on Lifetime.
This cast raises some eyebrows for a few reasons. One, they included two designers from "Under the Gunn," which EW labeled "Season 12.5." (Did you ever consider that show Season 12.5?) Also, there's no one from this past summer's Season 14 -- no Kelly Dempsey, no Edmond Newton, no anyone -- and no "Junior" designers either, which they could conceivably add if they're going to consider "Under the Gunn" PR canon. (Just bad timing, perhaps, with the shooting of this season?)
