As it turns out, General Electric's YouTube presence is not limited to silly ads starring Jeff Goldblum. The multinational corporation has teamed up with some Fullscreen partners to show off its latest engineering developments. Most recently, it promoted its innovations in wind power with some help from Mitchell Moffit and Gregory Brown of ASAPScience. ASAPScience's partnership with Ge began with an episode about human energy consumption. In their typical fast-paced manner, Mitch and Greg spouted off a number of facts about the 15 terawatts of energy we use each day (that's 15,000,000,000,000 watts.) By the end of the video, Mitch and Greg arrive on wind power, and they invite viewers to click on an annotation that leads to a separate video set at the Ge Global Research Center in Munich. In that video, Mitch and Greg explore Ge's recent breakthroughs in wind power and ask the question "Is Wind Power Worth It?...

AOL unveiled 12 new original series during its presentation at Digital Content Newfronts in late April. Of that group, AOL is now set to release what is perhaps its most intriguing new offering. The online video platform has released a teaser for Follow Me, which will chronicle the off-camera lives of YouTube stars. The 10 episodes of Follow Me claim to offer behind-the-scenes access to some of the online video community's biggest stars. Included in the series' cast are Brittani Louise Taylor, 5 Second Films (5Sf), Our 2nd Life (O2L), Marquese Scott, ScrewAttack!, Secret Life of a BioNerd, fouseyTube, Black Nerd Comedy, and Megan Nicole. These diverse creators have one important commonality: They're all partners of the multi-channel network Fullscreen, which produced Follow Me for AOL. AOL has found success working alongside YouTube stars in the past, and Follow Me will up the ante by bringing in a plethora of familiar faces.

If you've seen just one of Marquese Scott's YouTube videos, it's probably this one; the dubstep dancer's 'Pumped Up Kicks' routine has been viewed more than 100 million times. If you take a longer look at Scott's channel, you'll realize that he isn't just some one trick pony. Every single one of his dance videos is a mind-boggling concert of robotic, seemingly-inhuman moves. Scott's incredible talent has netted him more than a million subscribers; here's what he had to say about his channel: Tubefilter: What do you have to say to your one million YouTube subscribers? Marquese Scott: Thank you for everything! I can't thank my audience enough because nothing I do would be possible without them. Just knowing that I have people following and supporting what I do is amazing. So thanks to my subscribers for continuing to tune in as well as non-subscribers for watching my videos.

I love long one-shot takes in film. Whether it be from Wes Anderson, Alfonso Cuaron, or Martin Scorsese, amongst others, I am amazed at the amount of detail and preparation that goes into them. This commercial for Puegeot is like a dance video, car ad, and single-take edit roll up of awesomeness. The dancer in the video is Marquese Scott, aka Nonstop, whom I'd never heard of until today. Suffice it to say, the dude's got skills. Remember when we posted the Han Solo Star Wars Kinect...
