Warner Bros. Discovery’s Max ran into technical glitches in its first day of launch on Tuesday, causing many users to gripe on social media about issues the company said were quickly fixed.
DownDetector, a website which monitors outages, notes that around 400 users reported having issues with Max at around 9 am Et.

“Everything’s great here,” one Twitter user wrote along with a video of Max opened, flickering and then crashing.

Another user shared a screenshot of an error message on the Max app, writing “The new Max app picking up right where HBO Max left off.”
Though to its credit the Max app is much faster as it crashes more quickly than ever before.

An ABC affiliate in Dallas apologized on Thursday morning for abruptly cutting off Jimmy Kimmel’s monologue about gun control the night before, blaming technical difficulties and not some “intentional” act as pondered by the “Jimmy Kimmel Live” host.
“Wfaa apologizes for technical difficulties that interrupted Wednesday’s @jimmykimmel show at multiple points, including during his monologue on gun control,” the station tweeted.

“Wfaa extended its Wednesday 10 p.m. newscast for important coverage of the school shooting in Uvalde, Texas. ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ aired immediately following our newscast. Unfortunately, the automated system that triggers commercials aired the first commercial break in error, interrupting Jimmy Kimmel’s monologue,” the station wrote in its full statement.

Get a glimpse of what’s in store on tonight’s Dancing With the Stars premiere right now! Last week I visited Apolo Anton Ohno and Karina Smirnoff, Shawn Johnson and Derek Hough, Sabrina Bryan and Louis Van Amstel, and Joey Fatone and Kym Johnson in the glamorous shared rehearsal space I like to call “The House of Flying Swaggers (and Disco Ball Dreams).” It’s just as magical, and purple, as I’d thought.

Despite being one of the most popular shows on TV, ABC's Dancing With The Stars didn't quite live up to its usual superb ratings last season. And with 14 competitions already in the books, can you blame the viewership for beginning to get tired of watching B-list celebrities shake it like a Polaroid picture? ABC, however, seems to be aware of this fatigue. That's why, in addition to bringing back old favorites for season 15, Dancing With The Stars will also introduce a half-hour web show after each of this season's episodes, titled After Party. The show will be split into several segments, all of them co-hosted by reporter, guac aficionado, and typing champion Marc Istook alongside Real Housewives diva Joanna Krupa, who competed on the program in season 9. In addition, actor Kyle Massey, who was runner-up on season 11 of DWTS, will go behind-the-scenes of the show, a place that the show...

With Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows — Part 2 set to hit theaters on July 15, Daniel Radcliffe is reflecting on what he'll miss most about playing the Boy Wizard — and a couple things he definitely will not.
"You know if I were to sit here saying, 'Oh I really miss doing the broomstick scenes,' then I'd be surprised. But I don't miss that," Radcliffe tells Hollywood 411's Marc Istook in an interview to air on Sunday. "I miss all the things I expected to miss. I miss the crew, and I miss the cast, and I miss getting to work with some of my best friends every day. And there are equally things like Quidditch, that I will never miss."
