Brett Wagner, who donned the Leatherface in the 2003 version of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre before suffering from heat stroke during the production, will also be among the celebrity guests. Dubbed “The Lost Leatherface,” he dawned the iconic flesh mask as he claimed the remake’s first victim, played by Eric Balfour.
“We were filming the summer months in Austin,” Wagner explains. “It was so hot. I felt it coming. I hit the ground.” He returned to finish the scene after rehydrating, but he describes the effects of the injury as “the most pain I’ve ever been in in my life.” Unable to wait for his full recovery,...

For many Gremlins is the perfect film to watch to close out the Halloween season and kick off the holidays. The 1984 classic is loved by horror fans and is considered by many to be one of director Joe Dante's funnest films.
Now Gremlins fan Ryan Patrick has made an unofficial sequel, Gremlins Recall which picks up 30 years after the events of the 1984 film, and imagines a world where Mogwai have been domesticated enough to be sold as exotic pets. The catch is that the Mogwai have to be kept medicated so that they don’t turn into the dangerous creatures that terrorize the innocent.
Gremlins Recall was shot in just three days, and uses pretty impressive puppets designed by former Face Off contestant on Syfy, Eric Fox. This short skips over the events of Gremlins 2:
“Making a Gremlins film is an idea that’s been on my mind for over a year.

A South Carolina mom who authorities say took her 5-month-old daughter into a creek in 2015 and allowed her to drown in will spend 27 years in prison — even though prosecutors had pushed for a life sentence.
Sarah Lane Toney, 34, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to homicide by child abuse. During the hearing, she wept audibly.
South Carolina Circuit Court Judge Stephen John handed down Toney’s sentencing, saying, “By her actions, she ended the life of a 5-month-old child, Grace.” John said he believed Toney knew right from wrong when she took her daughter into the water.

Brian Pulido, creator of the comic Lady Death and the feature film The Graves, is set to appear on Syfy’s "Foxy and Co.," a reality show showcasing the special effects makeup work of "Face Off" favorite Eric Fox and his team, tonight, March 18th, at 10Pm.
For the show Pulido directed a proof of concept short film entitled Zack the Zombie Exterminator, a horror/comedy about Zack Zander, an amiable redneck metal head with a talent for zombie-splatting who runs “Z-Gone", a family business that “disposes” of the undead.
Pulido and screenwriter Mike MacLean (Sharktopus, Piranhaconda) developed Zack for multiple entertainment platforms.
Simply stated, Zack the Zombie Exterminator puts the fun back into zombie-splatting. Zack is a gross-out spectacle full of zombie guts and exploding brains. It’s slapstick Wtf humor, cringe-worthy and cathartic, and what better guy to fulfill this mad vision than Morbx Fx’s Eric Fox,...

We all watched the uber-talented J. Anthony Kosar take the "Face/Off" Season 4 title a few days ago. And as much as we admire Kosar's work, there was another contestant that we also loved to watch.
Eric Fox, "Face/Off's" colorful 'Eric F.', sat down with us to talk about the show, art and horror.
Fox got voted off just one episode before the finale, but his flamboyant look, infectious laugh and outstanding artwork made 'Eric F.' one of the most memorable contestants to ever participate in the show. Fox had nothing but positive things to say about the Syfy show and his experiences on it.
"The fanbase is incredible," Fox said. "I get emails from parents and little kids saying how I've inspired them. Kids that have slightly alternative appearances and get ridiculed for how they look walk around with a little more self-confidence knowing if I...
