In January, Vince McMahon stepped down as executive chairman of Tko Holdings after being accused of s-xually assaulting and s-x trafficking former WWE employee Janel Grant. While the lawsuit’s process has moved slowly, WWE was quick to distance itself from McMahon after the allegations came to light, and Paul Levesque, aka Triple H, ushered WWE in a new direction.
With WrestleMania 40 being the first major step in the company’s new era, which saw McMahon miss his first Wm since its inception, his trainer took to Ig to share his dismay over the matter.

The WWE world has been facing quite some turbulence lately, and recent reports all seem to add up to it. After the Cody Rhodes-Roman Reigns-The Rock drama, now reports are revealing that even the upcoming Elimination Chamber scheduled to be held in Perth had to surpass quite a few barricades just to reach fans on its planned day and date.
World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE)
This Elimination Chamber almost wouldn’t have been possible because of all the changes in plans induced by pirates. Yes, you read it right. It was indeed pirates who caused this turbulence for WWE. And not pirates like Johnny Depp’s Captain Jack Sparrow in the Pirates of the Caribbean saga, no: It was real-life pirates who caused panic in WWE before the Elimination Chamber!

For decades, Britain has been known across the world for producing some truly great wrestlers. Although just a small island nation with a population of 60 million, the worldwide impact of British stars has been profound. I have previously stated, when appearing on the Bwc British Wrestling Roundup show on Challenge TV here in the UK, that I genuinely believe that British wrestlers are the best in the world. When you consider our nation’s small size and the number of Brits who have made a global impression on the wrestling world, compared to the size of other wrestling countries, it is an excellent rate ‘per capita’. The British style, technical and mat based, has become slightly diluted as the American influence has crossed the Atlantic over the past two decades, but it has enjoyed a renaissance to a degree through the popularity of some of the wrestlers listed in this article.

With Olympics excitement hitting fever pitch in Britain over the summer, some other home grown talent have been making waves in the biggest Pro Wrestling company in the World.
Certainly, Professional Wrestlers from our shores competing in WWE are nothing new, going back to the British Bulldogs, Lord Alfred Hayes, and of more recent memory, Paul Burchill.
This article however will take a look at the fortunes of the Superstars representing the British Isles (and in one case, Ireland) across the pond on a weekly basis in WWE programming. It will look into their current standings, previous achievements and where they may be headed next.
Do Britain’s current crop of Sports Entertainers follow the same path to gold as our Olympic Athletes?
1. Sheamus
Perhaps the most successful combatant from these shores. Although not strictly hailing from Gb or even the UK, Sheamus did learn his craft on the British...

The WWE fires wrestler, Greg 'Hurricane' Helms. According to TMZ, the WWE has fired superstar wrestler, Gregory Shane "Hurricane" Helms for unknown reasons, but it could be for his arrest last month for public intoxication with fellow wrestler, Chris Jericho. They say that Greg has officially been released from the WWE. On the WWE's official website, Gregory Helms and two other wrestlers named Maria and Paul Burchill were all given their walking papers. The WWE never specified why they let Gregory Helms go,but it could be anything. Maybe low ratings for him,or ,again, his public intoxication charge. Whatever the reason is, he's currently unemployed.
