Democrats’ Iowa caucus produced endless bitterness but no uncontested winner. Here are 10 ways the caucus process went wrong.
Misapportioned “State Delegate Equivalents”
The formula for determining the number of delegates a candidate receives in Iowa is based upon the number of “state delegate equivalents” received in each precinct. That math is already complicated — quick, calculate the number of people in a voter preference group times the number of delegates to elect, divided by the total number of caucus attendees! — but there were countless obvious examples of errors on caucus night.

Hey, Kristen Bell lovers, get ready to hear the former Heroes actress showcase her pipes. Disney has tapped Bell for an exciting new animated project. Singing is most definitely required.
I know the girl can dance. Burlesque was proof enough of that. But today’s casting news suggests the actress can do plenty more than just that. THR shined a spotlight on Disney’s upcoming film, Frozen.
The picture is an adaptation of the Neil Labute play. In it, Bell will play the role of Bobbi, a bright, educated young lady who was once upon a time dating Adam Brody’s character. He’s the film’s star. He suddenly dumped her with no warning or explanation. You can imagine she’s been left with pretty low thoughts of him.
Enter the turn. Brody’s character is on the verge of marrying and decides to make amends with ex-girlfriends from his past.
