On Monday, November 5, 2018, the Elton John AIDS Foundation (Ejaf) will host its annual New York Fall Gala at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City.

BBC Studios has shaken up its management team, with new roles for chief creative officer Mark Linsey and for drama and unscripted execs Liam Keelan and Mark Reynolds.
Linsey is taking on new responsibilities that will see him supervise BBC Studios’ linkups with producers, as well as the overarching content strategy and pipeline. From September, he will oversee the Content Partnerships Group at BBC Studios as part of his new role at the British pubcaster’s commercial and production arm.
Keelan and Reynolds get new titles: scripted portfolio director and unscripted portfolio director, respectively. Both report to Linsey. Their roles sit within the Content Partnerships team, and they will manage the relationships with producers in their respective genres.
BBC Studios said it would recruit another senior manager, with the title of new form portfolio director, who will lead on editorial strategy.

The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society is based on Mary Ann Shaffer and Annie Barrows’ best-selling novel, and is directed by Four Weddings and a Funeral and Harry Potter director Mike Newell.
