Is “Ghosted” coming back?
That’s a question on viewers’ minds as upfronts week comes to a close, with Fox, ABC, NBC, CBS and The CW all having announced their fall programming schedules as of Thursday. ‘Cause some of those slates have holes in them, meaning the statuses of almost half a dozen shows on broadcast television are still up in the air.
Look, we can accept the fact that not every series will be saved like “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” — not every show should be. But come on, networks — minus ABC and The CW, who have already killed or renewed everything they’re going to — fans need to hear one way or another whether their favorite programs will be returning this fall, especially for ones that have a crazy-devoted fanbase.

The October Man
Written by Eric Ambler
Directed by Roy Ward Baker
U.K., 1947
Jim Ackland (John Mills) is riding the bus with his niece one dark and stormy night. The vehicle is filled to the brim with passengers, some fast asleep, others enjoying time with their loved ones. Fate sees that Jim’s life is turned upside down however, as a mechanical failure sends the bus off track, crashing into a wall. The last thing Jim recalls before blacking out is the harrowing horn of an oncoming train. Months later, Jim is finally relieved from his hospital stay, although warned by the doctor that his recovery from the fracture in his skull will require time, and that he may even experience difficult episodes of relapse. Confident that things are on the mend, Jim rents a hotel room as his new living quarters and finds employment at a nearby chemical lab.

Brothers and Sisters kicks off its fourth season beginning on Sunday, September 27 and ABC has just released some details about the new season as well as some promotional photos from the first episode.
The Walkers went through a great deal last season, as we saw more dinners, more fights, and more wine drinking. So basically Kitty and Robert are on the ropes and headed to divorce after Kitty's almost infidelity and Robert's inability to realize that he just had a heart-attack and might not need to be thinking about running for governor at the moment. Oh, and they had their adopted surrogate baby in the middle of all of that.
Sarah floundered around a bit in the beginning of last season but finally found her place helping two young dudes develop a start-up company that became a success, but in the end her heart was with Ojai Foods and she...
