Star Trek: Voyager: Jetrel (1995)
Skip it...
Typical moral posturing by the writers of Voyager at the sake of a decent storyline. Tired tropes regarding the dropping of the bomb on Hiroshima you already know how the story ends. Skip this one.
Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2022)
Absolute trash
Ridiculous storyline its like they punched it out in a day, no suspense whatsoever just a mindless gorefest but not in a fun way its just extremely frustrating and stupid.
Superintelligence (2020)
So boring....
Trash storyline filled with typical Hollywood preachy leftism its also about 30 minutes too long had to force myself to stay awake until the end. James Cordon should be banned from appearing in a movie ever again. McCarthy did her job rehashing the same character she always plays. Utterly forgettable.
Noelle (2019)
It's begining to look alot like (woke) Christmas...
Sigh more painful Hollywood B grade trash. Cant they write a fun movie without pushing an agenda? We get it middle aged white man bad woman good. Frankly I'm shocked the female lead wasnt a woman of color. Total cringefest with forced and badly written dialog. Even Bill Hader cant save this Christmas on Elm St.
The Mule (2018)
Great premise but missing some action
I really wanted to love this movie but it falls a bit flat, the characters dont really delevop. I can see Eastwood was going for a more realistic real world view on what a 90yo drug runner might be like but the film was crying out for a bit of clichè action rather than drawn out highway driving scenes. The assissination of Garcia does nothing for the plot and they should have developed his character as Eastwood went AWOL. I could go on but as I said sometimes some clichè action scenes dont go astray, i would have loved to see Eastwood be thrown into having to unwilling/forced into defending himself just something to create some added drama or fear. Prehaps that would have drawn too many parallels with Gran Torino but I believe it could have been flipped to show Eastwood in a submissive/fearful light rather than dominant aggressive fearless character. This is my first review thanks.
