Masters of the Universe: Revelation (2021)
Can't wait for part 2!
Really awesome show, can't wait to see the second part!
Unfortunately there's a lot of 1 stars because of butthurt fan boys who don't know how to read. The show is called "Masters of the Universe: Revelations," there is no He-Man in the title. Focusing on other characters in a universe and expanding it is always cool to me.
Reservation Dogs: Uncle Brownie (2021)
This episode hit a little close to home
I am Kumeyaay native in Southern California. The uncle character reminded me of my dad who passed a couple months ago. He used to tell stories of fights he got into all the time and how grandiose it was, my siblings and I never got to confirm if they were true.
Later in life my dad tried to be an actor and did extra work (background characters). Seeing Gary Farmer portray Uncle brownie felt like watching my dad on screen. I wish my dad could have seen the show he would have loved it.
Soul (2020)
One of my favorite Disney/Pixar films
Definitely a very moving film! As a musician I loved the viewpoint of a musician trying to find their "purpose." We all aren't meant to be rockstars, some take joy in inspiring the next generation of musicians. I for sure teared up during this movie
Star Wars: Episode IX - The Rise of Skywalker (2019)
If you Love Star Wars, you'll love this movie!
Rise of the Skywalker is a perfect conclusion to not only the sequel trilogy, but the Skywalker Saga as a whole. Don't listen to these review bombers, if you love Star Wars this is a definite must see!
The Christmas Chronicles (2018)
Definitely a movie to watch around Christmas time!
I'm not big on Christmas movies as some are too cheesy, but this is actually pretty good. Heat up some hot chocolate and put on this movie.
Lady and the Tramp (2019)
Enjoyable Live-Action remake
I remember watching the cartoon as a kid and was kind of confused about them doing a live action version. This movie was pretty good, the actors chosen did a very good job on voice overs. I'm glad that they took out unnecessary racial undertones from the movie, it's a kids movie after all.
If you're upset that it's a interracial couple in 1900s because of "historical accuracy," just remember back in 1900s when dogs could talk.
Men in Black: International (2019)
Great film, gave me MIB 1 vibes
This was great movie and a lot of fun, definitely helps bring a good story to a modern audience. All these reviews of it being terrible are people who are probably just bitter all the time. Movies are art and are meant to take you away.
The acting, storyline, and vfx were all well done! I hope they continue the series.
Last note: Go see the movie yourself and make your own opinion, don't let other people tell you what to think. You miss out on life and entertainment when you do that.
