The Crossing (2018)
Steve Zahn the worst actor of the year.
Did you really see with attention this trailer? I Can't help myself making clown faces while watching this failed and angustiating attempt to be serious or spontaneous.
Star Trek: Voyager (1995)
Repulsive characters.
Neelix was the epitome of a contrived character created almost by committee. He was boring and his "snark" never landed. His sole purpose was to speak for the audience and ask questions we might ask. It never worked. I hated the character immensely. He and Kes were un-interesting random cogs in the story. In fact, Voyager suffered from this problem throughout its run. Commander Tattoo face, Kes and Nelix were all just sort of there. The characters that kind of were interesting (B Elanna, Paris and The Doctor took three or four seasons to start getting good.
Lost in Space (2018)
Same nauseating sound track as a million others.
Movies and series became a silly combinatoric exercise using a sub-conjunct of "approved and infalible plot devices". Same for top selling music and books. This is the idiocracy universe. Everyday tagliarini with different sauces. I like the ideias and visuals in this fresh, different and naive series. But the second season music is pathetic. Sacred elders, please unleash a deafening virus to movie music creators, it will be a gift to mankind.
Gemini Man (2019)
incredibly ridiculous.
Unwatchable, Will Smith can't save this tedious thriller from his younger self in the dullest clone conspiracy ever. If Dwayne Johnson or Jason Statham were playing "Gemini Man" for laughs, it might have been a camp treat. But Lee takes his comic-book yarn so seriously that the many laughs it does prompt are accidental.
Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019)
High purity garbage.
Typical hollysh**t mind challenged story vomiter crap. Fantasy without deias or credibility, and half of the norte-americans loving it. Mr. sociopath Olavo de Carvalho for president will fit wonderful to those people.
The Case for Christ (2017)
it made me realize how incredibly weak the arguments in favor of Christ's life, death, and resurrection are
If Lee Strobel was ever an atheist, it certainly doesn't show in this book. As other critical reviewers have suggested, he constructs here what amounts to an easily-vanquished stalking horse of straw -- not a substantive argument of real skepticism. After cherry picking easy fly balls and grounders from what could have been much more challenging intellectual terrain, the author uncritically consults ONLY professional advocates and apologists for Christianity, and then repeats their arguments. He -- and they -- accept the words of the synoptic gospels "verbatum" as accurately reflecting the preaching, message, and claims of Jesus of Nazareth.
A liar.
Extant (2014)
"man this is crap, when do I get paid?"
This series had about the same intelligence as any given old-school Power Rangers episode, but with worse acting and even worse special effects. I feel sorry for the creators of it, because they seriously lack talent at what they do. Spielberg has a long history of shitty series, and quite honestly, I don't know how they can afford to keep making garbage like this. All of the actors were disinterested in their roles, and you could almost read the "man this is crap, when do I get paid?" expression on their faces. This the end of the Berry career. As for the screenplay itself...if you were to give a child a box of crayons and a handful of paint, they could create a better one. It's truly embarrassing, I feel shame belonging the same species.
The Strain (2014)
The Jew will save us all again?, Nauseating cultural totalitarism .
Why Jewish people aren't portrayed as bad guys in movies or TV shows?
No way in hell would a show be allowed the other way around, where the villains (vampires) would be a group of ancient Jewish vampires coming back and the good guys would be the German vampire hunters.
The vampire hunter has been in a concentration camp and the German as the bad guy.
We always see other groups as being villains with German obviously being one of the easy cop out ones. You know we see a variety of Asians, Arabs, Europeans, Christians etc being portrayed as monsters but i really cannot recall Jews in that role.
