Loki is a must watch for any Marvel fan! I'm a huge fan of Marvel and other superhero shows/movies so I may be a little biased but this is one of favorites series from the MCU. It's an action packed thriller from start to finish. This show will grab you and pull you into its world from the very first episode. The always brilliant Tom Hiddleston was absolutely terrific as Loki. You'll have so much fun watching this show that before you know it you'll have binged both seasons. Every episode is incredibly written. It had such high expectations and it not only met those expectations but surpassed them. There's really nothing else I can say about this show that hasn't already been said. I hope they renew this for a third season because this show deserves it.
I held off on this until the final episode. The series started brilliantly, and they packed an enormous amount into each episode - but as it became more complicated I became a little apprehensive about how it would all finish up - I shouldn't have been, they smashed it out of the park.
Episode 6 is one of the best episodes of TV I've ever watched - but that sounds redundant, because the standard is so high all round that it's top shelf movie quality production all the way.
Every aspect of production is so finely attuned that this was a joy to watch.
Having said that, it sounds like it was a show not a story, but make no mistake, this is a very self assured piece of story telling controlled with real finesse.
Loki season 2 is a comfortable 9.5 in my book - a really well crafted epic journey.

I've always been a fan of scifi and fantasy and Loki does a great job melding both. To be honest I've been disappointed with many Marvel releases as of late, either the plot is flat, characters are unlikable, humor is misplaced, etc. I was pleasantly surprised with Loki, not only is the concept super interesting, but delivery was solid from plot to characters to wit - both an entertaining and thought provoking watch. My biggest compliment is how well they nailed the ending, usually with shows that start strong it's difficult also to nail the ending in a concise but impactful and conclusive way. Not going to lie, sometimes I'm hesitant to watch a show because I don't want to get attached only for the ending to ruin the experience, but I'm glad to say Loki was solid from beginning to end.
Tom Hiddleston encompasses Loki so effortlessly and breathes life into the character with every nuanced expression. Owen and Ke Huy also steal the show, the on screen chemistry with everyone is so effortless and you can't help but find yourself routing for everyone.

An incredible journey through the multiverse. The writing is tight and super interesting by captivating conceptual realities with engaging visuals. The exploration of Loki's journey to enlightenment past his villainous trajectory with the past, his brother Thor, the war with Thantatos and his family hierarchy back in Arsgard all probable realities coalesce in this fantasy. Tom Hilldleton and Owen Wilson have an incredible witty bantar throughout that keeps getting better. Please give them best actor awards. This is a must watch it twice just to savior the nuances of these fantastic characters. The whole cast is great and if you love quantum physics you'll love this. Cheers.

The entire show is extremely well done and I couldn't emphasize more on this. Right from the CGI to the entire cast it's absolutely brilliant. The story, and the little details (be sure to pay attention) really can catch your attention.
I have to say that the show is super creative and the ideas gone into this series is a 10/10.
After Iron it's hard to find any marvel show that can really live up to the Marvel Name that iron man had built. And I would definitely say that Loki sits right on top as my most favorite marvel show.
Loki includes great concepts of time, space and mystery. Binge watched the entire thing.

Incredible, all across the board, this is a reviews for 2 seasons and no spoilers
Best performance by Tom Huddleston, incredible acting by him and across the board by everyone on the cast, also special shout out for the actress who played Sylvie
Added an incredible amount of depth towards Loki's character that was unprecedented to me, instantly shot him up to one of my favourite characters ever and definitely within the MCU, many of the characters in the show have great evolution or a great end to their character arc, along with the plot also being an incredible driving factor in all of this with fantastic consequences
The music and sound design is also great, especially the main theme for this show, always hits hard when it pops out
The set design and special effects were also fantastic.

Marvel's Loki is a captivating and thought-provoking television series that delves into the complex and intriguing character of Loki, the God of Mischief. The show masterfully explores themes of identity, free will, and the nature of reality, while expanding the ever-growing Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) in unexpected and exciting ways.
Tom Hiddleston delivers a compelling performance as Loki, capturing the character's mischievous charm, cunning intellect, and underlying vulnerability with a convincing blend of humor and depth. The supporting cast is equally impressive, with Owen Wilson as the charming and unpredictable Mobius M. Mobius, Gugu Mbatha-Raw as the enigmatic Ravonna Renslayer, and Sophia Di Martino as the mysterious Sylvie, providing Loki with intriguing companions and adversaries throughout his journey.
Loki's story takes him on a mind-bending journey through the vast expanse of the Time Variance Authority (TVA), a bureaucratic organization tasked with maintaining the sacred timeline of the multiverse. As Loki grapples with his past actions and attempts to escape the TVA's clutches, he encounters a vast array of alternate versions of himself, each with their own unique perspectives and motivations.
The show's exploration of time travel and the multiverse is both entertaining and engaging. It raises intriguing questions about the nature of reality, the consequences of altering the past, and the possibility of multiple universes existing simultaneously. Loki's journey through these concepts adds a new layer of complexity to the MCU's mythology, while providing ample opportunities for thrilling action sequences and thought-provoking philosophical musings.
Personally, Season 1 of Loki is stronger than Season 2, but both seasons offer engaging narratives and captivating character development. Season 1 excels in its exploration of Loki's complex psychology and his journey of self-discovery, while Season 2 delves deeper into the mysteries of the multiverse and introduces new and intriguing elements to the MCU.
Loki is a worthwhile watch for fans of the MCU and science fiction. While it doesn't quite reach the heights of the very best Marvel shows, it offers a captivating and thought-provoking adventure that will keep you entertained and engaged.

Writing this after finishing the last episode, I can be happy and grateful this got made. 7/10 for something was lacking in in, hard to say what. It is not the story, for it was amazing. It was not for the casting for it was amazing. It was not for the meaning for it was great. It was not for the CGI for it was first class. It was not for the vibe for it was some of the best I have experienced. This was a truly worthy marvel series.
Maybe if they had cut it 10% shorter I would have given it 10/10, maybe. There were some off scenes and off episodes but they were accompanied with greatness. Well done.

This is an alright full on series for all viewers to watch. It seems like the crew were very particular when they were creating this series. The storyline of this series was a bit too much. It strongly flowed throughout the entire series. The cast selection was splendid. They deeply committed and connected to the storyline and to their respective characters. The chemistry between the cast members was fairly strong. Tom Hiddleston and Owen Wilson always work great together. This series reveals to viewers that it is difficult to trust anyone in the world of today. I learned that it is best not to trust anyone in life, not even yourself. This is a terrific full on series for all viewers to watch.
Even if you ignore the character plot hole of Endgame Loki acting like Ragnarok Loki, this series itself is cinematically poorly paced, dragged out and full of exposition, half the time the characters are either walking somewhere or sitting and talking - I think the ending and fandom have overrated this snail trail.
Even Tom's and Owen's chemistry couldn't save this poorly written series. Hate that Loki has now become a clown-like character and simply doesn't exude danger and charisma like he used to.
Sylvie is just annoying and rather one dimensional - she is apparently a Loki but displays none of the glamour or brooding menace I associate with the film Lokis. The 'romance' between her and Loki is just feels wrong and cringy. Either make it properly chaste like brother and sister or make it have some passion to it rather than somewhere weird in the middle.
I hope series 2 is a whole lot better written and gives us some edginess back to Loki so everyone can remember why so many of us found him so attractive in the first place.
Special mention to Richard E Grant in ep 5 - did a fantastic job of classic Loki and is an all-round national treasure!

Loki was even better than I thought it would be and is easily one of the best Marvel series to date! If you didn't like this then it's probably because you didn't want to like it and just not a fan of Marvel otherwise what were you expecting that you didn't get? Did you not see the trailer or know the history of the character? Besides Thanos, Loki is easily the next best villain/antihero in the MCU! What more can be said about Tom Hiddleston that hasn't already been said? He's such an underrated actor and his best work has come as Loki. Also, this is one of the best performances of Owen Wilson's career, he is just fantastic in it! I really can not recommend this incredible series enough.

LØKI (2021-2023) was an excellent Marvel Sci-Fi spinoff series featuring everyone's favorite Norse inspired God of Mischief. Tom Hiddleston, as always, plays Loki perfectly and with charisma and charm that only he possesses. Being a die hard Loki fan (as well as a Tom Hiddleston fan) this series was a welcomed binge.
Without spoilers, in this series we are allowed to see an alternate version of Loki after his actions in the first Avengers movie, causing a split in the Multiverse. I really appreciate how the series truly spent effort on his character, making his personality, complexes, and personal issues center stage, forcing him on a journey of self-reflection and redemption, without tarnishing his persona. It gives you an alternate reality for Loki.
"The mercurial villain Loki resumes his role as the God of Mischief in a new series that takes place after the events of "Avengers: Endgame."
Loki is far more of an anti-hero than villain, and this series solidifies him as a somewhat of misunderstood hero, at least in part. Selfish, reckless, and cunning, Loki is teamed up with quirky and humble Time Agent Mobius M. Mobius (Owen Wilson). They had a great dynamic going on. Slyvie (Sophia Di Martino) was also a welcomed presence although I feel maybe more could have been done with her character. Tom Hiddleston should get 10 stars alone.
This was a super fun watch.

Loki is one of those projects in which Marvel has shown pure love and dedication into creating a cinematic masterpiece. This series definitely sits among the top Marvel movies and series, such as the original iron man movie.
The series may seem slightly dragging, where they may intentionally make the series slower for more episodes. But, it is definitely something you must watch once in your lifetime.
Loki is one of the Marvel projects that is single handedly holding the company, in contrast to its recent films and projects.
Overall, Loki is a gripping masterpiece with a wonderful cast, and definitely a watch even for non-marvel fans.

From start to finish, this movie delivers an unparalleled cinematic experience. The sound design immerses you in every scene, while the stunning visual effects leave you in awe. The actors' performances are nothing short of exceptional, bringing depth and emotion to their characters. Every aspect of this film is executed at a superior level, leaving me truly captivated. It's a masterpiece that I absolutely loved.
This is by far the one of the best series ever made.
This TV-series is an unforgettable masterpiece that leaves a lasting impact. It's a reminder of the craving for more such high-quality films, as it's been a while since something of this caliber has graced the screen.

I appreciate the story they started to set up the rest of the MCU, but holy cow this show is overrated. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad show, it's just a show with a bunch of filler and talking. A BUNCH of talking. I get it, they're setting the ground work for the TBAs backstory, but dang. Even with the action scenes I felt like some were oddly staged and edited together. Sometimes it seems like Loki reacted to something well before it actually happened. And why is it all the sudden to hard for Loki to defend himself? Especially against the women in this show? And why does the female Loki get just as much, and sometimes more show time than Loki himself? She's just not as compelling or charming as he is. Also, why was it necessary to add a conversation about Loki going both ways? It's literally never came up before, and served no point and had absolutely no barring on the shows story. This show was just a precursor for what's to come honestly. I was left underwhelmed. If this is the direction that Disney is gearing up for, they're in trouble.

Couldn't get any better at it, may it be the story, acting and direction. The climax was so fulfilling and made all sense of all the complexities. Yes there are few episodes where it felt a little mundane and no clear sense of what all is happening, but if you hold on till the end all will fall in place. I am glad, i did hold on till the end!
Tom and rest of the team did an excellent work. Kudos to the story writer and director for making this masterpiece. Only such classics dare to challenge to think differently, tend viewers to think differently and eventually give some food for thought about what is the time, reality, science, fiction and ultimately the purpose of all of it!

If you are here looking for a continuance of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, you may be in for a bit of a surprise. It is not your typical MCU fair as it is much more cerebral with characters discussing motivations.
The series begins strongly with character introductions and building what will be become relationships as the shows progress. Enemies become friends, friends become enemies, and others float somewhere between good and evil. Most characters are complex and multi-faceted in their reasons for what they believe and why.
The acting is first rate, with a few nice surprises as they introduce new characters with some unexpected actors playing the roles. The photography is well done with frequent multi-perspective shots that add to the detail in the created worlds. Lighting is some of the best recent work I can recall with some scenes reminiscent of the amazing shadow work done in the original Frankenstein. Some of the scenery and effects are original and quite well done.
Overall a most enjoyable series. I was drawn into it much more than I expected and looked forward to the next episode. It will be interesting to see what the team comes up with for their next effort. If this is any indication of what they can do, it should be quite enjoyable.
