Good Grief

I painfully watched season 9, then I've been painfully watching season 10. This is by far the worst episode of the whole series. Modern Family use to be my favorite comedy show on TV, but after this episode I'm done watching.. This was an absolutel disgrace of an episode AND it was their yearly Halloween episode.. What a great way to dtop the ball. Please... PLEASE make this the last season of the show and quit running it into the dirt!

This episode is neither funny or moving. Acting is awkward; the jokes are awkward... what is the point of this episode???

...than crack, and sowly falling off the wall. Watching that also. As a tribute, this ep. makes no sense, since Shelley Long is alive and kicking. Maybe she bailed on the show, hopefully, not because of a bad feeling about the rest of it. I'm just now watching it on Netflix, so I'm kinda behind on it. The show had its ups an downs along the years, but always, in my opinion, managed to get back on track. Curious how they are going to pull out of this one.

What a great episode, how it came back to a quirky humor of every day life, including tragicomic parts. Relied on chemistry of cast, comedy of human interactions, instead of unnecessarily twisted plots. Modern Family amassed enough of history of characters, that they can believably take their individual roles and defend them well. It was like coming back to the Family, but with a gust of fresh air. I absolutely loved it, one of the best episodes in a series.

This was just a boring episode. Gloria is her usual over the top awful. Claire is terrible. Dumb Haley storyline.
