During the closing credits, there are stills and video of some of the real characters and events, then a "special message" by Jim Caviezel.
EPILOGUE: "Tim stayed in Columbia and worked with Jorge to pursue other leads uncovered during the island raid. By the time Tim left Columbia, he and his team had rescued over 120 victims and arrested more than a dozen traffickers. Tim was finally able to return home to his family. He credits his wife Catherine for inspiring the entire endeavor. Tim's testimony about the Columbian operation led the United States Congress to pass legislation increasing International cooperation in child trafficking cases. Human trafficking is a 150 billion dollar-a-year business. The United States is one of the top destinations for human trafficking and is among the largest consumers of child sex. There are more humans trapped in slavery today than any other time in history --- Including when slavery was legal. Millions of these slaves are children."
Before ending credits, Jim Caviezel's face morphs into the real Tim Ballard's face with the ending epilogue text. During the epilogue, video is also shown of Tim's efforts in Columbia including arresting child traffickers, Tim's family and his testimony in Washington D.C. In the on-demand version, no message is seen from Caviezel.
