Lifetime PNW'er, so the title caught my eye, then the short synopsis seemed promising. Really liked the filming locations, would have liked to have seen them even more than we did. For those reasons i found it was watchable. Not trying to be mean or negative, but you do not have to look too hard to find a better movie.
I enjoyed watching this mature movie about 2 close friends taking a road trip and go through some deep self discovery. There's some great footage of the California coast which works well as a backdrop to some interesting encounters and deep intelligent conversations. The writing is more sophisticated than your typical clichés out there and connects you to the characters at a more mature level. The acting is good all around and had some very good vulnerable moments that kept me engaged.
I can see from the bad reviews that some people think having deep conversations about relationships and love is boring. I suspect they were expecting more BRO talk and juvenile behavior.

I watched this because of the title. I like to watch film where Portland is part of the character, and also to be a detective to locate where the different scenes are filmed. The last few minutes could have been any where in the world. I'm going to put myself out there and say that the film makers had a really good time along highway 101. By the time they got to Portland they just wanted to go home.
This is not a comedy so it has been wrongly categorised, but I really loved this movie. Very relatable characters, beautiful cinematography and a plot that many of us can relate to. Perhaps a younger audience might not appreciate it as much since they haven't got the life experiences that these guys have which make them relatable to the over 30's in the audience. Definitely worth a watch.

Road trip movie after being stuck inside for months. Count me in. This movie had gorgeous cinematography. Doesn't look like it was made on an indie film budget. Tommy and Francois have a great dynamic. I want to buy that Bronco!
