    Flake's unlucky fate

Watching this music video nearly a quarter of a century after its initial release, I have to say it has stood the test of time remarkably well. It still feels as fresh and intriguing as when I first stumbled upon it years ago.

One particularly interesting aspect of Rammstein's earlier big-hit videos is how their keyboardist, Flake, is consistently portrayed as the one who drew the short straw. Take their song Keine Lust, for example-Flake is simply ignored and left behind. The same happens in Ich Will, where he's abandoned with a ticking bomb, counting down to zero.

I'm not sure why this recurring theme exists, but it's always fun to spot him and see what unfortunate fate awaits him this time.

As for the song itself, it's truly iconic and remains one of my all-time favorite Rammstein tracks.
