This episode spends much of its time in a nursing home. Of course, there are all the stereotypes. The loose old lady who is sleeping around. The stoic war hero. The uptight director of the facility. The curmudgeon who snaps at being asked anything. They bring in a couple of heavyweight whom we lost in the last couple years: Ed Asner and Hal Holbrook. The major issues involve the infirmities of these people. The question is never answered as to how one of them could have physically done what they did. If they were younger and able bodied I'd ask the same question. Of course, we get into some other issues of toxic waste etc. Just a pretty sad and depressing episode.

Additionally personnel who are charged with meeting the daily needs of the residents would be trained in a minimum of basic first aid care. When Red fell, he should have received more care than having his hand held while an ambulance was summoned.
