This episode was much more funthen the past couple but it still suffered from jumping around with the villians and various storylines but the time jump its self is cool and beings so new to the season.

Bonnie & Enzo: The Start of Something Magical

This episode was better than the last... it was mess, but it was a beautiful trainwreck.
First, the ending was so heartbreaking with Nora's & Mary Louise's death & Damon & Valerie sad about Stefan'd return to the Phoenix Stone.
There were many boring parts & stupid plots that occurred (Stefan/Rayna taking to one another & Valerie/Stefan's quest), but the meaningful moments sort of outway the bad ones.
Damon tried to do right by Stefan at the last minute, but he is too late. He wanted to have it all, but he has to understand that you must sacrifice for the people he loves.
Matt needs to go.
Enzo cares for Bonnie. I saw it in his eyes when he realizes that there is no antidote for the pills. My heart swelled with my love for this potential couple.
I missed Bonnie. I wished she was in the episode.

So there's this vampire huntress that not so long ago killed at least five vampires without blinking, has two vampires in custody, and she decides to negotiate? Why? Because Stephan is good? Lady, you did not stop to see if the other vampires were good, why now? How long ago did she mention that she had to follow her father's vision? A world without vampires. I know they are our leads and you cannot just kill them but story-wise it does not make sense! Got two there, no need to talk, kill them! As a writer you don't want to kill the leads? Fine! Find the more logical way to save them, this one was not logical at all!!

I decided to write a review on this episode after binged TVD for the 8th times. In the beginning of season 7 we saw how powerful and ruthless the heretics are. But in this episode, Nora and Mary Louise seems to lost their Mojo. I know Alex made Nora and Mary Louise starved and gave Rayna's blood to Mary Louise that make her weak. But THEY ARE THE HERETICS,they could've escaped the first time they woke up after The Armory caught them. It's not make any sense.
And don't make me start to Rayna. She kills 5 vampires with cold blood the first time she came to Mystic Falls. But hesitated to kill Stefan ??? I mean,why ?? Because Stefan Good ??? And suddenly the mark can be transfer ???
And as a hunter that have power above beyond Brotherhood of the Five. She died easily many times. By the hands of Damon ??? It just like she never have any power at all...

Goodbye Rayna, Nora and Mary Lou

Valerie convinced Stefan to travel the world with her three years ago as they run from Rayna and talk to ppl to try to find a solution for the mark. Stefan says he feels human again knowing every minute counts. Rayna is human and her lifespan will last for another 60-70 years. He will die with her. Valerie says the best case scenario is they save his life. Worst case is they go on a very long vacation.
This episode is a bit jumpy and confusing with moments from the past to the future intertwining. Stefan's mark came back and he feels the searing pain as Rayna holds her sword again. He goes to open Damon's coffin to wake him after three years.
Stefan killed Penny, Matt's partner. Matt absolutely hates Stefan which is why he released Rayna. I feel sad Matt is now so hateful and bitter.
Rayna tries to persuade Stefan to transfer the mark to Damon. Damon is told by Rayna that after the mark is transferred to him he is basically giving up any chance of seeing Elena again. He will die when she dies.
Enzo widens his eyes when he realizes that the pills he has been giving Bonnie are poisonous to witches. Mary Lou was given them and has a week left to live. Nora ans Mary Lou use the last of their powers to destroy Rayna's sword.
Damon and Valerie hover over Stefan's still body as the camera pans out to show the beautiful sky and sun.
