Around 00:56:00, after the fight between Travis and Zack in the bathroom.
Travis leaves a little blood on the wall in the hallway (see under the light switch).
Later, around 00:59:00 when Zack exits the bath room, he put a mark of blood on the wall too : if one look carefully, there is another great mark of blood closer.
This one should be the one left by Travis, meaning the 2 scenes were shot in the wrong order. And as everybody else was dead in the house, nobody could leave it.

Poor clock management. When Slovak interrogates Armstrong in the cabin, the clock moves from 10:10 to 4:30 with only about 15 seconds of continuous action in between the two shots. Later in the film, Kurt and Travis are said to arrive at Mike's house at one in the morning, but the clock in Mike's living room reads about 8:20.
On top of the stack of VHS tapes in Mike's living room, in a scene said to be taking place in 1991, there is a video package with an IFC logo on it. IFC launched in 1994.
When Armstrong and Zack are playing chess in 1991, one of the books on the shelf is George R.R. Martin's "A Dance with Dragons" which was first published in 2011.
The style of license plate on the car Rachel steals in 1991 was first used in 1997.
In 1991, Zack was said to have been reported missing "seven years ago" which make it 1984 when he ran away after accidentally killing his mother. However, when Zack returns home there is a photo of Barbara Crampton in a scene from "Reanimator" which was released in 1985.
Early in the film, Zack walks past the Royal Mills apartment complex in Warwick, R.I., but this is supposed to be November 1990 and the Royal Mills building wasn't converted into apartments until about three decades later.
At the 31 minute mark, director/cameraman Joe Begos is prominently visible for several seconds, reflected in the rear view mirror, operating the camera and quickly re-framing himself out of picture.
