"Krueger: A Walk Through Elm Street" was actually partially filmed at 1428 N. Genesee Ave. in Hollywood. There is also a shot of Roberto Lombardi (as Freddy Krueger) walking in front of "Glenn's" house, which is right across from "Nancy's" house on the same street.
Other locations for the film were in Long Beach, California and Pasadena, California where the original Halloween (1978) film was shot. After filming wrapped for the day, the cast and crew visited the houses of Michael Myers and Laurie Strode.
