ah ha a bit of plot progression!
Only a few episodes to go before the season finale and finally we get back to the casino plot. It was getting pretty padded there for a while, risking stalling out entirely.
These characters are phenomenal in their obliviousness and it was incredible that Asher didn't realize the videotape might show him, as well as the casino, in a bad light, augmented by Whitney's own insecurity and neuroses.
She apparently thinks she's too good for Asher now, when in reality, they are perfectly matched in their privileged pretension. Those two are headed for a real blow up by the end of the season.
And Cara sure has lucked into a jackpot with Whitney's money.
