The assistant calls her boss "Patron", which means boss. Her boss is an "avocat" (attorney) and nobody would call him so. Avocats are always called "Maître" (master).
Many of the police have 'police' on the back of their shirts. This is clearly set and filmed in Europe, so 'police' would be written in the native language.
When Gage goes to the attorney to release the impounded car, the attorney gets back to him and tells him that "Martin" Decker took the car from the impound yard. However, Seagal's character is named Michael Decker.
Nothing looks like Paris, buildings are eastern European, street signs are not French. Also a map from the south-western Paris bus network in the police office, much more appropriate on a bus stop :)) Wrong police clothes, wrong ambulance colours... Really a low budget movie.
